the intensity of lipid peroxidation processes by the content of: diene and triene conjugates; Schiff bases in blood plasma; erythrocyte aggregation in the postoperative period; changes in hemodynamic parameters, myocardial contractile function at different stages of surgery and in the immediate postoperative period were studied, and clinical indicators of the course of the postoperative period in patients were recorded. It was shown that the level of Troponin 1, which is a selective indicator of myocardial damage, decreases in the first and second groups by 1.5 and 2.6 times compared with the control group 24 hours after the operation. Two days after the operation, the average level of Troponin 1 in the second group was equal to the upper limit of the physiological norm. It has been suggested that the mechanism of the combined action of a mixture of nitric oxide and hydrogen lies in the synergistic effect of the vasodilating action of NO and the reduction of peroxynitrite levels by hydrogen, caused by the action of exogenous NO. The latter assumption is confirmed by the results of the study of peroxidation markers.
