CASE STUDYOFMOLECULARHYDROGENASANTIPYRETIC AND CHRONOTHERAPY WITH MOLECULAR HYDROGEN Milan Krajíček, H2 Pharm, K2pharm, Opava, Czech Republic The author of the presentation fell ill with covid 19 and ordered isolation after a PCR positive test.The course of the disease was milder, he occasionally had an elevated temperature (37.8°C) and inhaled hydrogen at the elevated temperature. Within a minute, the body temperature dropped to 35.9°C. This situation was repeated a total of 3 times. AFTER a few days the symptoms were completely gone. It seems molecular hydrogen has powerful antipyretic affect. We compared three basic way of molecular hydrogen administration (inhaling hydrohen gas 300 ml/min., drinking of hydrogen dissolved in water, endogenous generation by suitable substrates). We meassured concentration of molecular hydrogen in breath test and concentration of dissolved molecular hydrogen in urine. Now we focus to oncology to decrease side effects of toxic therapies and increase effect ot the therapy. It seems for this purpose is better to use molecular hydrogen in evening time, instaead morning time. PharmDr. Milan Krajicek director of research and development – H2 Pharm s.r.o. He studied the technology of pharmaceutical forms at Charles University and since then has been dealing with the fate of administered substances in the human body, both under physiological and pathological conditions. The subject of study is medicines, nutrients and medical and experimental gases. As for molecular hydrogen, he has been dealing with it very intensively since 2015. It compares inhalation, drinking hydrogen carbonated water and its endogenous formation in the digestive/urogenital tract. In this context, he emphasizes monitoring the influence of the time of day on the administration of molecular hydrogen, which has not yet been investigated by any company, while this aspect has a major impact on both the pharmacodynamics and the pharmacokinetics of molecular hydrogen as a potential medicinal gas.
