* For reasons of precaution, we’d like to point out that a) regarding the delivery of each article acc. to the respective order confirmation - in particular concerning ECE / EC79 articles - WEH does not confirm the fulfilment of additional requirements of the concerned end customer, b) WEH is not subject to any external reporting obligation with regard to external change management (see page 146) and c) WEH does not confirm the replacement of the product in the form of a regular series delivery. Exclusions acc. to a) - c) can be agreed with the conclusion of a customer-specific project with corresponding special conditions.
