Dark Sky Protection In recent years, we have seen a tendency of various negative effects of too much artificial light at nighttime. The excess light can come from streetlights, industrial buildings or regular outdoor lighting and causes negative effects on humans, animals and plants and furthermore obstructs the view of the stars in the night sky. At Nordlux, our vision is Lifting people’s quality of life with light . Therefore, we want to contribute to protecting the dark skies as much as possible. We offer a wide range of “Dark Sky Protection” outdoor lighting that faces downwards – carefully aiming and directing the light beam only where it is needed.
