1989 Giancarlo Moretti, imprenditore muranese da tempo attivo nel settore con Vetrofond e Punto Luce, ri leva l’azienda dando vita a Vetreria Vistosi. Giancarlo Moretti, an entrepreneur from Murano that had long been active in the sector with Vetrofond and Punto Luce, took over the company and created Vetreria Vistosi. 1993 Matteo Moretti, figl io di Giancarlo, attua una profonda riorganizzazione produttiva e commerciale per ri lanciare i l marchio. Matteo Moretti, Giancarlo’s son, carried out a deep productive and commercial reorganization to relaunch the brand. 1995 Viene creata una nuova miscela di vetro soffiato in cui è ridotto al minimo i l contenuto di sodio. Il vetro acquista quasi le virtù del l'acciaio: resistenza e lucentezza. A new blend of blown glass with a minimal amount of sodium was used.
